Q: How do I place my order?
A: Click on the Bookstore tab and search for a specific title by ISBN, Title, Author, or keyword. You may also browse by subject or by scrolling through the complete list of titles. Select a title for purchase by clicking the “Add to Cart” button. When you are ready to checkout, click the “Checkout” option from the Bookstore drop-down tab. Enter the requested shipping and payment information.
Q: What are my payment options?
A: You may place your order on our website by using your Visa, MasterCard, or American Express card, or your PayPal account if you prefer. If you wish to send us a check or use a credit card over the phone, please call us at (800) 948-2786 to place your order.
Q: Will I be charged sales tax?
A: If you live in the state of North Carolina, 6.75% sales tax will be added to your order (including shipping).
Q: What are your shipping charges?
A: $6.95 for the first copy; $1.95 for each additional copy within the continental U.S. The shopping cart will compute the charges for you during checkout. If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, or outside of the U.S., contact us to place your order by telephone or email. We will calculate the shipping charges manually.
Q: What is your method of shipping, and when can I expect to receive my order?
A: Orders to street addresses ship via UPS Ground Service. Orders to P.O. boxes ship via USPS. Your order will ship within 2 business days of the date you place your order, excluding national and office holidays. If alternative shipping options are needed to meet a deadline, please call our office at (800) 948-2786.
Q: Can I ship to an address other than my billing address?
A: Yes, you will be prompted to specify a shipping address during checkout. If you plan to ship to countries or states outside of the continental U.S., please contact us to place your order by phone or email. We will calculate the shipping charges manually.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Be sure to provide us with your email address when prompted at checkout. If shipped by UPS Ground Service we will email you with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Q: Can I pre-order upcoming releases?

Q: Do you sell out-of-print titles?
A: No. If the title is not listed in our bookstore, it is out of print and no longer available for purchase. If you are looking for a particular out-of-print book, contact your local used bookstore; they are often experts at tracking down hard-to-find and out-of-print titles.
